Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, struggling to understand what you truly want or like? Do you find yourself relying on addictive behaviors, avoiding situations or relationships, or facing difficulty with personal growth? Physical symptoms like tension, fatigue, or frequent illness might also be taking a toll on you. If emotional detachment, dissociation, or feelings of depression are common, it could be a sign that you are having trouble fully experiencing and processing your emotions. These symptoms often stem from an inability or unwillingness to feel and work through your feelings. Recognizing this connection is the first step toward healing and regaining balance in your life.
Join me for a 90-minute masterclass designed to provide you with a step-by-step process for feeling your way through a trigger and toward understanding and personal sovereignty.
The concept of being triggered is widely accepted. However, what to do once we recognize we are triggered is often misunderstood. Many of us start racking our brains for a logical explanation, but the cause of a trigger can rarely be traced this way.
That is because the source of the trigger is stored deep within the subconscious mind and the tissues of the body—two places the prefrontal cortex (the logical thinking mind) is not designed to observe. However, regardless of whether or not we can remember the source, we can learn to feel our way to the other side of it, allowing us to lessen the impact of that triggered emotion in future situations.
I am here to guide you through a process I often use with my 8-year-old
daughter and myself when we are feeling discomfort or harboring
unfavorable thoughts about a situation or person.
I want to show you how you can keep the good parts and release the parts that hurt your cognitive
and physical well-being!
In this workshop, you will learn:
- How emotions are stored in the body
- Why emotions get stuck
- What a trigger is communicating
- How to feel your way to the other side
- How some people can trace a trigger back to its source
Building emotional resilience doesn’t have to be as much of a nuisance as it feels. Join me and learn how to compassionately hold space for what needs to be seen and heard within us.
